NEBRA Bylaws — Article VI, Section 4

The Finance Committee shall consist of the Treasurer and others selected by the Treasurer or the Board of Directors. This Committee will be responsible for developing NEBRA’s budget, its implementation, and its regular review. This Committee will also seek funding from grants, projects, and other income producing activities, including fund raising activities, and be responsible for the financial health and well-being of NEBRA. This Committee shall work with the Membership Committee in setting membership categories and rates to achieve NEBRA’s financial goals.
